I adore dumplings, they are so heart warming and the variety of them never ends! These Colombian dumplings were amazing, so spicy and cheesy. I could not get enough of them. This is one of the most easiest dumpling recipe I have ever made.

Ingredients:
- 100 g of flour
- 60 g (ml of water)
- 50 g of butter
- 1 Bell Pepper (red)
- 60 g Cheddar cheese
- 50 g (ml) of milk
- 1 tsp of chili powder
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of pepper
- Pinch of parsley
Instructions:
- In a blender, throw in some cheese, pepper, salt, chili powder and milk. Blend and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix in the flour, butter and milk. Throw some flour onto the counter. Make a dough ball and knead for 5 minutes.
- Break off a small part of the dough and roll it between your hands. Do this until all of the dough is used.
- Boil some water in a pan and cook the dumplings.
- Once they are done. In another pan cook the spicy sauce until hot. Throw in the dumplings and stir.
- Dash some parsley on top.
- Enjoy.
