Colombian Dumplings

I adore dumplings, they are so heart warming and the variety of them never ends! These Colombian dumplings were amazing, so spicy and cheesy. I could not get enough of them. This is one of the most easiest dumpling recipe I have ever made.

Time to cook: 20 minutes

  • 1 Bell Pepper (red)
  • 60 g Cheddar cheese
  • 50 g (ml) of milk
  • 1 tsp of chili powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pinch of pepper
  • Pinch of parsley

Instructions:

  1. In a blender, throw in some cheese, pepper, salt, chili powder and milk. Blend and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, mix in the flour, butter and milk. Throw some flour onto the counter. Make a dough ball and knead for 5 minutes.
  3. Break off a small part of the dough and roll it between your hands. Do this until all of the dough is used.
  4. Boil some water in a pan and cook the dumplings.
  5. Once they are done. In another pan cook the spicy sauce until hot. Throw in the dumplings and stir.
  6. Dash some parsley on top.
  7. Enjoy.
